About Voice & Ballot
Voice & Ballot is a public register for community petitions — the kind of everyday civic asks that don't always have a formal channel: a crosswalk, a park cleanup, a policy change at a local level.
Anyone can browse petitions without an account. Starting a petition or signing one requires a free account, so every signature on the register represents a real, verified person.
How it works
Every petition is written by its creator and reviewed by our team before publishing, to check it's clear, genuine, and follows our policies. Once approved, anyone with an account can add their name and, optionally, a comment on why it matters to them.
We don't take a position on any individual petition. The views expressed belong to the person who filed it, not to this site.
